Terms of Use

Who we are
supducks.com is operated by Megavolt Corp (“SupDucks”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site and the tools
The site provides information about the SupDucks collections and browser-based tools — the Resources studio and the Bungalow. The tools run entirely in your browser and are provided as a community perk, as-is, and may change or go away at any time.
NFTs and art rights
Owning a SupDucks-family NFT means owning that token on the Ethereum blockchain. Rights to the underlying artwork are granted per the SupDucks Ownership & IP Rights terms: holders may use the art of tokens they own, including for personal and commercial purposes consistent with that document.
You may not use art elements you do not own to mint tokens or to create derivative works, whether personal or commercial. Trait assets and backgrounds provided on this site are for holders and for promotional use as the Ownership & IP Rights document allows — not for building new collections.
Wallets and transactions
The site never takes custody of your wallet, keys, or funds. Reads are done against the public Ethereum network; the site initiates no transactions. Anything you do on-chain is irreversible and entirely your responsibility, as is the security of your wallet.
Third-party services
Sign-in is provided by Privy; marketplace data and listings by OpenSea; art and metadata by IPFS and Arweave gateways; merch by our merch store. Each has its own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell any asset. NFTs are volatile. Decisions you make are your own.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site or the tools, interfere with their operation, or use them to infringe anyone's rights.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the tools, or third-party services — including loss of funds, tokens, or data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
